It’s party time here at MASHED as we celebrate our 20th issue! Over the past 5 years we’ve gathered together such an awesome community of homebrewers. Getting to showcase and meet some of our community at the MASHED homebrewing tournament in April was amazing and extremely inspiring. In our own efforts to brew quality and interesting beers, we’ve been experimenting with blending yeasts. Omega Yeast share their tips for here. And talking of fermenting, Gareth delves into the world of pressure fermenting (here).
