Setting you up for success
The 40L (10L - 32L batch size) and 60L (15L - 52L batch size) Brew Tanks are insulated with a 1.5mm stainless steel construction and come with tri clamp fittings, seals and caps and a built-in whirlpool as standard. Plus a choice of a false bottom or grain basket. Giving you a solid foundation to build on for epic brew days and legendary beers. Whether you are new to homebrewing or an experienced homebrewer, and whatever style of beer you want to brew at home, this is the all-in-one electric brew system for you.
Solid and Easy to Upgrade
Robust and fully customisable the Brew Tank is the last all-in-one electric brew system you need to buy. With unlimited parts and accessories you can seamlessly add to your tank when your needs (and budget) progress. So you never outgrow it. You can even connect 2 tanks together to double your capacity!
Heating & Chilling
Choose from a selection of heating options from 1.5 KW to 6 KW elements, and the option to add our RIMs system to give your setup the ultimate efficiency. To cool your wort, choose from our counterflow plate chiller or an immersion chiller.
Recirculation & Whirlpool
The Brew Tank is designed so you can create a number of recirculation systems including a sprage plate to maximise your efficiency. The Brew Tank also includes a built-in whirlpool arm to help clear your brew for the perfect pint.
Digital Control
All of our Brew Tank packs include the powerful RAPT controller. The RAPT system can control your heating element to hit your recipe’s strike and mash temps. It’s also Wi-Fi enabled so you can record, programme and analyse your brewing and fermenting schedules.
Steam Condenser
This device is a game changer! It allows you to brew up in the smallest of spaces without worrying about steam and moisture. Connect the steam condenser to a cold water source and it will convert the steam back into water, which can then be drained away.
FITTINGS & HOSES
The Brew Tank has professional standard tri clamp fittings throughout its build allowing you to add a wide number of additional components - strainers, sparge plate, view glasses, to name a few. Let your imagination run wild!

What’s included with your 40L or 60L Brew Tank
The Brew Tank was designed to be upgrade friendly, so whichever pack you choose, you can easily add more equipment at a later date. We stock all the add-ons you might want!
Base Pack
The Base Pack comes with everything you need to get brewing. HEATING ELEMENT (2.2KW), PUMP, HOSES, RAPT TEMPERATURE CONTROLLER, COOLING COIL, HOP SPIDER and all the FITTINGS required.
Explorer Pack
Contains everything in the Base Pack plus a 3 way valve and sight glass.
Fully loaded pack
Builds on the Explorer Pack to include a 1.5KW RIMs system, which fits inline with the wort recirculation. Allowing you to use the powerful 2.75KW heating element to heat to strike temperature and during the boil and then switching the 1.5KW (RIMs) during the mash for optimum control and efficiency.
Grain Management
The Brew Tank comes with a few options. Both the Malt Pipe and Grain Basket house your grain bill during mashing and can be simply removed before sparging. The false bottom works either alongside a grain bag or if you are using your Brew Tank simply as a mash tun.
Cooling options
This comes down to user preference. Coil: submerge into your wort inside the tank, cold water passes through the coil transfering heat from the wort to the cool water and out down the drain. Chiller plate: counterflows your wort and cold water in the external block. Heat is transferred from one to the other and the cooled wort can be fed back into the tank or directly into the fermenting vessel.
