An awesome brewery came on to our radar a few years ago, and ever since we have been keen to get them into MASHED! But here’s the thing: they are an alcohol free (AF) brewery, and we know that you guys like a drop in your drop. But recently we put a poll out, and found that almost 80% of you do enjoy an AF brew. Find out more and read about Drop Bear Beer Co here. Their secret lies in traditional brewing methods; we’ve gone a bit trad recently too with our brew days focused on British standards. You’ll see this in our recipes. Though Yohanna has gone rogue by including her new beer snack obsession, the Danish Smørrebrød. They’re spot on if you’re entertaining.
