What To Look Forward To

With a glass of beer in hand, we?ll sit down and start with the ingredients used in beer making and how a recipe is created. This is a great opportunity for you to get up close to the grains, hops and yeast we use and learn about how each one impacts the flavour, aroma and experience of a beer. Our head brewer, Gareth, will then explain how beer is made, and you?ll see the equipment used at each phase. You?ll also discover how the fermentation and ageing stages can impact the character of a beer.?

This is a fun, info-packed introduction to smallbatch brewing. And of course, you?ll get to sample a few more beers along the way. Plus you?ll get a useful insight into the tasting profiles of beer, which will help you identify what you love about your favourite brews.
