Each all grain brew kit comes with the grains, dried hops (pellets) and dehydrated yeast you need to brew an amazing batch of beer. All weighed out and ready to go. Plus detailed brewing instructions and a link to our beginners guide to homebrewing, if you fancy a few technical pointers.
You can use these brew kits with any brewing equipment - from a basic set up (like a large saucepan) to an all-in-one brewing system like the Brew Tank.
American Light Lager: Lumbre Lime Lager 4.5%
This lager is built on the clean, mellow base of a classic Mexican light lager but amplified with bright lime zest and a gentle tickle of chilli
International Pale Lager: Glasshaus Lager 4.7%
This refined lager showcases a delicate interplay of tradition and innovation. Built on a clean base of Lager Malt, softened by Flaked Corn for a smooth, rounded body, and sharpened with a touch of Acidulated Malt to lift the finish, it pours pale gold with brilliant clarity.
International Amber Lager: Festzeit Märzen 5.5%
The Märzen (German for “March”) was historically brewed in spring, lagered through summer, and enjoyed at Oktoberfest in the autumn. It’s a smooth, amber lager with a toasted malt backbone, gentle hop bitterness, and a clean finish.
International Pale Lager: Luce Pils 5%
Italian pilsners are known for their noble hop elegance and bone-dry finish. What sets them apart from other pilsners is a touch more hop aroma, often dry-hopped modestly but always keeping things balanced and clean. They’re ideal candidates for pseudo-lager fermentation using ale strains that behave like lagers at warmer temps.
