FAQs
When will they get their first issue?
They’ll get their first magazine when we publish the next issue. These are released in late: March, June, September, December each year.
In the meantime, they can access all our back issues online as soon as you give them their gift subscription. You can also order them a back issue for something to unwrap earlier.
Do you ship outside of the UK?
Unfortunately, we are no longer able to send the magazine to addresses outside of the UK. If they are outside of the UK you can subscribe to the online version on MASHED Homebrewing Magazine here
Is this an auto renewal subscription?
No, this is a one-off payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you change your mind within 7 days of placing your order a full refund will be given. Please note, however, that if a magazine has already been dispatched a fee of £10 will be deducted from the amount you have paid. Or choose to return the magazine in a sellable condition for a full refund (free postage not covered for returns in this case).

How can they access their account for the online content and to manage their contact details?
When you purchase the gift subscription you’ll be sent an electronic voucher with an activation code for you to pass on to the lucky recipient. They can then log on to www.mashed.beer to create their account, get access to all the online content and manage their details to e.g. change their delivery address.
